The staff at Glencliff Manor and Chef Dave Ellis of Dish would be happy to work with you one-on-one to create the perfect menu for your event. Enjoy perusing our sample menus below, but please keep in mind that they are only suggestions with some of the most popular choices among our event guests. 

We would be excited to help you recreate a favorite meal from your travels or use a family recipe to make your event even more personalized. 

If you would like to do a tasting just let us know and we will gladly arrange it for you. Most of the selections on our menus can be customized to work as hors d’oeuvres, buffets, food stations or displays. Simply let us know what your vision is and we will make it happen!
